The Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped is the source for talking books for those who are unable to read the written word due to visual impairments or physical disabilities. They mail thousands of free recorded books and the equipment needed to play them to patrons all across the state.
The OLBPH provides books, magazines and other materials in audio formats as well as the audio equipment needed to read these materials. There is no cost for library services and no charge to mail the materials back to the library.
